11 yo boy plunged into a train in Osaka



An eleven-year-old boy committed suicide plunging into the incoming train at JR Nozaki Station in Osaka at round 4:25 PM on February 14th. 32 trains were suspended for hours affecting 14,000 people.
The boy was on his way to the cramming school. His note left at home said "Please stop the reorganization of our school in exchange for a small life."
Three of elementary schools in the city will be consolidated into two in April. The boy's school will be abolished.

"K-ON! x Glico" hijacked Akihabara Station



The ads of "Anime K-ON! X Glico Aisu no Mi(Ice Nuts)" collaboration sales campaign appeared in Akihabara Station. There are 10 voice actresses-autographed posters, the each of the five main characters of the anime have two versions of posters.

[Akihabara] Kanda Fire Station hires animated girl

Yokumi Kanda


Kanda Fire Station in Akihabara, Tokyo hired an animated girl character named Yokumi Kanda.
Designed by an artist Tsukasa Nagano, she will promote the fire department.

The social game for smartphones, "THE IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls" ads occupation of Akihabara Station began at August 6th.
Wall ads are everywhere at each entrance, escalators and in station premises.

Wall ads of LUMINE designed by Kazuo Umezu appeared in Shinjuku

An ad of LUMINE by Kazuo Umezu saying that
"Ahhh,,,, autumn is coming,,, gotta change clothes,,, coming to LUMINE!!!"


Outdoor advertisements of Lumine designed by Kazuo Umezu, a famous horror cartoonist appeared on the wall of Saikyo Line of Platform 1 in Shinjuku Station Tokyo.
The ads are for notifying the autumn sales at Lumine department store and Peach John women's underclothing seller.
