Film "K-ON!" shipped over 260,000 BD/DVD copies in 12 days

Blue-ray and DVD of anime film "K-ON!" released in July 18th shipped over 260,000 packages in 12 days.
The film came to theatres in December 2011 gathered 1.45 million people with box-office revenue of 1.9 billion yen($24.31M).

STUDIO GHIBLI's "My Neighbor Totoro" Blur-ray is released

BD package of "My Neighbor Totoro"


Blue-ray Disc of "My Neighbor Totoro" was released in July 18th making the second place in weekly anime Blue-ray Disk sales.
The sales of DVD which was released in September 2001 on the other hand have picked up from 66th to 25th in DVD sales in this month influenced by the show's broadcasting on TV on the 13th.
