Educational institution, Chiba Kokusai(Chiba International) on May 7th applied for the Corporate Reorganization Law.
The total debt is approximately 300,000,000 yen.
It manages Chiba Kokusai Junior High School and Senior High School.
500 students are able to continue studying at present.

Wonder Festival 2012 Summer known as the biggest figure event of anime, manga and game characters was held in July 29th at Makuhari Messe.
Copyright holders allow sellers to use their characters for sales only in the place during the festival day for about 5 percent of perfunctory royalties.

"Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne" postage stamps set


Japan Post Holdings Kanto branch Saitama in July 20th released the original postage stamp set "Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne".
An individual 1,350 yen($17.27) sheet contains ten 80yen stamps specially designed for the fans of the TV anime.
1,000 limited numbers of sheet are sold at 98 post offices in Kamogawa, Tateyama, Kisarazu, Sodegaura, Kimitsu, Fittsu, Minamiboso and Kyonan.
